How It’s Made

From simple ingredients
to something remarkable.

Discover the craft behind every Edi Cupia.

An Edi Cupia cup in its ivory sleeve, standing among warm floating specks in soft light.

From ingredients to experience

  1. Step 1 of 7

    Thoughtful ingredients

It starts with carefully selected ingredients that come together to create the foundation of every Edi Cupia.

A loose cloud of pale, golden and dark specks drifting in warm light.
  2. Step 2 of 7

    Mixed & formed

Our carefully developed recipe is prepared and formed with attention to consistency, texture and structure.

The specks gather into a soft, pale dough, and the walls of a cup rise from it.
  3. Step 3 of 7

    Baked into shape

Heat transforms the dough into the distinctive Edi Cupia form — creating a cup made to hold your drink and become part of the experience.

An empty Edi Cupia Original edible wafer cup seen from above at a three-quarter angle, its thick baked rim and fine inner ribs in full view.
In a warm glow, the pale cup takes on its golden wafer colour.
  4. Step 4 of 7

    Crafted for the experience

Every detail is considered around the drinking experience — from structure and texture to the final bite.

  5. Step 5 of 7

    Quality checked

Each batch goes through quality checks before moving forward.

Two Edi Cupia Original edible wafer cups in ivory sleeves, one set slightly behind the other.

  6. Step 6 of 7

    Packed with care

Finished cups are carefully protected and prepared for cafés, hospitality partners, events and customers.

    The experience begins
