About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.edicupia.com (the “website”), operated by Umama’s Eco World Inc., the company behind the Edi Cupia brand. By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
Using the website
You’re welcome to browse, share and link to our website for personal and business purposes. Please don’t:
- Use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
- Send false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms, or submit someone else’s details without their permission.
- Interfere with the website’s security, overload it, or access it by automated means that disrupt its operation.
- Copy or reuse our content, design or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Product information
We work to keep product information on the website accurate and up to date, but recipes, packaging and availability can change. The label on the product you have in hand is always the reference for ingredients, allergens, nutrition and storage — please read it before eating, especially if you have allergies or dietary requirements.
Products shown as “coming soon” are not yet available, and their details may change before launch. See our product information page for current details.
Samples, enquiries and quotes
Requesting a sample, applying to become a partner or sending an enquiry does not create a contract, or any obligation to buy or to supply. Samples are offered at our discretion and subject to availability. Quotes, orders, custom editions and partnerships are governed by separate written agreements.
Custom branding and your content
When you share a logo, artwork or brand information with us — for example, for a custom sleeve — you confirm that you have the right to do so, and you allow us to use it only to prepare mock-ups, proposals and the products you order.
The logo preview on our Custom Branding page runs entirely in your browser. Images you try there are not uploaded to us.
Intellectual property
Edi Cupia™, the Edi Cupia logo, the cup and sleeve designs, the packaging artwork, the photography and the text on this website are owned by Umama’s Eco World Inc. or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on the website grants you a licence to use them, except as needed to browse and share the website.
Links to other websites
Our website may link to websites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law, including under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Canadian province in which Umama’s Eco World Inc. has its head office and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Every update is published on this page. If you keep using the website after an update, the new terms apply.
